(3290) Azabu is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 19 September 1973 by Dutch astronomer Cornelis Johannes van Houten at Mount Palomar was discovered.

The name was exchanged with (3291) Dunlap after the former location of the Tokyo observatory Azabu .
