(3524) Schulz is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 2 March 1981 by the American astronomer scolding John Bus at Siding Spring Observatory ( IAU code in 413) Australia was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the American comic artist Charles M. Schulz (1922-2000) who created the comic series The Peanuts in 1950 , the last episode of which was published on February 13, 2000.
