(4318) Baťa is an asteroid of the main outer belt , which was discovered on February 21, 1980 by the Czech astronomer Zdeňka Vávrová from the Kleť Observatory ( IAU code 688).

The asteroid was named after the Czech entrepreneur Tomáš Baťa (1876–1932).
