(4374) Tadamori is a main belt asteroid discovered on January 31, 1987 by Kenzō Suzuki and Takeshi Urata at the Toyota Observatory ( IAU code 881).
The asteroid was named after the Japanese military commander Taira-no Tadamori (1096–1153).
