(5073) Junttura is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 3 March 1943 by the Finnish astronomer Yrjö Väisälä at Turku was discovered.
The name of the asteroid was suggested by K. Nousiainen . Junttura is an expression of the Finnish mentality of doing things with a certain stubbornness and under all circumstances.
