(796) Sarita is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on October 15, 1914 by the German astronomer Karl Wilhelm Reinmuth at the Heidelberg-Königstuhl State Observatory at the University of Heidelberg . Sarita was Reinmuth's first discovery of an asteroid.
