(950) Ahrensa is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 1 April 1921 by the German astronomer Karl Wilhelm Reinmuth at Heidelberg State Observatory King chair of the University of Heidelberg was discovered.

The name of the asteroid is derived from the Ahrens family, who were friends with the discoverer .
