1st Royal Bavarian Spare Infantry Brigade
The 1st Replacement Infantry Brigade was a large unit of the Bavarian Army .
history
The brigade was established on August 2, 1914 with the outbreak of World War I as a 1st mixed replacement brigade and was subordinate to the replacement division . On October 3, 1914, it was initially given to the Prussian 39th Reserve Division . From April 4, 1915, the Prussian division was transformed into a purely Bavarian large association, which was completed on February 4, 1916. She was deployed on the Western Front.
