history

The first 1CRM release was made in 2005 by the Canadian company 1CRM Corp. released. At that time the software was still sold under the name info @ hand. However, the web application was adapted to the company's name in 2012 and renamed 1CRM.

The release of 1CRM 7.8 in November 2015 brought, among other things, a new, modern theme, further customization options and telephony integration .

Future development will focus on an optimized REST interface to facilitate the connection of partner software. The integration of other third-party providers such as Trello , Shopify or Zapier is also being evaluated. The adaptability and usability should also be further expanded.
