520 West 41st Street (also known at 514 11th Avenue ) is a planned super- skyscraper in New York City that was first unveiled to the public in May 2012.

description

The project is being developed by Silverstein Properties and is located in the West Side district of New York and in close proximity to Hudson Yards . Larry Silverstein is among others the builder of the Silver Towers and the 7 World Trade Center as well as the builder of Two World Trade Center , Three World Trade Center , Four World Trade Center and 30 Park Place . The building complex was originally supposed to consist of two identical towers which were intended exclusively for residential purposes (except for retail outlets on the lower floors). The former height was 229 meters (with 60 floors).

At the beginning of July 2014 it was announced that Silverstein wanted to build a single, large skyscraper instead of two towers . According to plans, the building will be over 335 meters high and have 106 floors. A total of around 1,400 residential units are also to be built.
