The 5 Ocak Fatih Terim Stadı (also 5 Ocak Fatih Terim Stadyumu , German  Fatih Terim Stadium of January 5th ) is a football stadium with an athletics facility in the Turkish city ​​of Adana , which is mainly used for football games. It was built in 1938 and seats 16,095 spectators. The football clubs Adanaspor and Adana Demirspor play their home games there. The Turkish national football team has also played games in this stadium.

On January 25, 2014, the stadium got the name affix of the famous football player and coach Fatih Terim , who was born in Adana and played for Adana Demirspor for eleven years. Since then the stadium has been called 5 Ocak Fatih Terim Stadı . Before it was renamed, it was called Adana 5 Ocak Stadı .
