9 DeKalb Avenue (also at the address 340 Flatbush Avenue is known) one under construction super- skyscrapers in New York City in the district of Brooklyn . According to current plans (as of March 2017), the building should be 325 meters high and have a total of 73 floors. That would make it one of the tallest skyscrapers in New York and the tallest building in Brooklyn. The building is located in downtown Brooklyn ( DoBro ) and is designed as a pure residential tower. It was designed by the architectural office SHoP Architects, which z. B. designed the even higher Steinway Tower .

Construction of the building began at the beginning of March 2017. According to the developer, completion is not expected before 2020.
