The A967 road is an A-road on the Scottish Orkney island of Mainland .

The road branches off north of Stromness from the A965 ( Kirkwall – Stromness). It runs north along the west bank of Loch of Stenness and Loch of Harray . The B-roads B9056, B9055 and in Sandwick the B9057 cross. The A986 ( Finstown –Twatt) joins in Twatt . Passing the Loch of Boardhouse and the menhir Stane o 'Quoybune , the A967 ends at the end of the A966 in Birsay , in the northwest of Mainland not far from the castle ruins of Earl's Palace .
