The A985 road is an A-road in Scotland . It runs along the north bank of the Firth of Forth and connects the two crossings of the waterway with the Kincardine Bridge and the Forth Road Bridge .

In the west, the road begins as a junction at a roundabout along the A876 , which forms the extension of the M876 motorway . After about 100 m she reaches the listed Kincardine Bridge, on which she crosses the Forth and thus leaves Falkirk and reaches the Council Area Fife .
