The A977 road is an A-road in Scotland . It begins east of Kincardine in Fife and runs through Clackmannanshire to Kinross in Perth and Kinross .

At the southern end of the A977 at a roundabout along the A965 east of Kincardine in a north-easterly direction. Leaving Kincardine in a northerly direction, she joins the A877 at a roundabout , which leads over Clackmannanshire Bridge and the M876 to the M9 motorway . The A907 ( Stirling - Dunfermline ) crosses directly to the north . Tangent to the hamlet of Forestmill , the A977 leaves Clackmannanshire and reaches the villages of Blairingone and Powmill in Perth and Kinross. The A823 joins the latter and runs for around 1.5 km to Rumbling Bridge together with the A977. Running over Crook of Devon and Balado , the A977 ends at a roundabout just west of Kinross. From here a driveway leads to the M90 motorway . In an easterly direction, the road continues as the A922 , which runs through Kinross to Milnathort .
