The AFC President's Cup 2010 was the sixth edition of the AFC President's Cup , the club competition for the weakest Asian football associations. All eleven participating teams were reigning national champions.
As in 2008 and 2009, the competition was not held entirely in one place. The preliminary round groups were each played as a tournament in a city. Myanmar hosted Groups B and C, while Group A games were played in Bangladesh . The final round took place in September, the venue was Myanmar. Myanmar representative Yadanabon FC secured the title of this edition with a 1-0 win over Dordoi-Dynamo from Kyrgyzstan. For the first time in the tournament's history, the winner was not from Central Asia.
