history
The association was founded in 1934, making it one of the oldest associations in the country. The football team's greatest success was winning the championship twice in 1978 and 1995. By winning the league cup in 1985, they qualified for the Asian Club Championship for the first time , but were eliminated with 0 points in the preliminary round.
