The AFC President's Cup 2011 was the seventh edition of the AFC President's Cup , the club competition for the weakest Asian football associations. All twelve participating teams were reigning national champions.
As in 2008 and 2009, the competition was not held entirely in one place. The preliminary round groups were each played as a tournament in a city. Phnom Penh , the capital of Cambodia , hosted Group A, Rangoon , Myanmar , hosted Group B, while Group C games were played in Kathmandu , Nepal . After that, instead of the semifinals, there were two groups with three clubs per group. The venue for these groups was Kaohsiung , Taiwan . The finals also took place in Kaohsiung.
The semi-final groups were played between September 19 and 23, 2011; the final took place on September 25. The games took place at the World Games Stadium in Kaohsiung , Taiwan .
