The ATE X were local train - tank locomotives of . Kk priv Aussig-Teplitz Railway ATE.

The two locomotives were manufactured in 1899 by the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik for the Böhmisch Leipa – Niemes local railway , which was acquired by ATE on December 29, 1898 from the kkStB . The ATE gave them track numbers 6 and 7 and the names NIEMES and REICHSTADT .

The REICHSTADT was retired 1924th

The NIEMES was still part of the Czechoslovak State Railways ČSD in 1924 . In the ČSD numbering scheme it had the number 200.101. It was retired in 1928.
