ATI Mobility Radeon
Mobility Radeon (formerly Radeon Mobility ) was a brand name of ATI Technologies under which graphics processors for the notebook sector were sold. After ATI was bought by the company AMD in 2006 , it continued to use the name "Mobility Radeon" before it was replaced by the AMD Radeon M series at the end of 2010 .
The Mobility series came from the desktop graphics chips of the ATI Radeon series, but had some special functions for saving energy. The chips of the Mobility series were usually clocked more slowly or had fewer pipelines or stream processors than their sister models with the same model number.
The Mobility Radeons competed with the GeForce Go and GeForce M series from competitor Nvidia .

Mobility Radeon X series
- All RV3xx can handle Pixel-Shader 2.0 and DirectX 9.0, as well as OpenGL 2.0.
- All RV4xx are capable of pixel shaders 2.0b and DirectX 9.0b, as well as OpenGL 2.0.
- All RV5xx can handle pixel shaders 3.0 and DirectX 9.0c, as well as OpenGL 2.0.
