Abel Gisemba
Abel Gisemba (born July 7, 1971 ) is a former Kenyan marathon runner .
In 1993 and 1994 he won the Pittsburgh Marathon . In 1995 he finished ninth in the Venice Marathon , and in 1996 he won the South Tyrolean Spring Half Marathon with his personal best of 1:02:12 h and the Turin Marathon . A second place in the Eindhoven Marathon in 1997 was followed by victory in the Frankfurt Marathon in 1998 with his personal record of 2:11:40 h. His last great success was a second place in Frankfurt 2000.
