Achim Petry (* 24. August 1974 as Achim Remling in Bonn ) is a German singer and songwriter .

biography

Achim Petry is the son of Rosemarie and Wolfgang Petry . He completed an apprenticeship as an event manager . With the singer Marani as Duo 2 Young, he released the singles Crimson and Clover between 1996 and 1998 , which reached number 38 in the German charts, Seasons in the Sun and Separated Hearts . As part of the Boygroup Trademark , he accompanied his father in 1999 as a support act on his last major stadium tour.

In 2007 his first solo album was released with the title So wie ich! . In the same year he started his first solo tour under the title The madness goes on with a new edition of old hits from his father. In early 2008, the theme song for the third season of Ich bin ein Star - Get Me Out Of Here! , Dschungel Wahnsinn by Achim Petry feat. Jungle Allstars - a cover version of Wolfgang Petrys hit Wahnsinn . In 2013 he released the album Mein Weg , followed in 2014 by Mittendrin , which was produced by René Lipps . In 2016 his song Ink was released as a new edition, this time in a duet with Anna-Maria Zimmermann . The Christmas ballad Merry Christmas followed on November 25, 2016 as the second duet single .

In 2019 he recorded the song Wir sind hier with the German rapper Finch Asozial for his album Dorfdisko . On this piece he sings the eponymous refrain in hit style .
