Ada is a township in Kent County in the state of Michigan , USA. The place has a good 13,000 inhabitants. Ada is located at the confluence of the Grand River and Thornapple Rivers . Ada was actually founded in 1812 when Rix Robinson got a French-Canadian trading post. Amway and its parent company Alticor are headquartered in Ada .
