Adam Cummins (born March 3, 1993 in Maghull , Liverpool ) is an English football player . The defender plays for Bangor City in the League of Wales .

Club career

Adam Cummins was born in Maghull, a district of Liverpool on the English west coast. In his youth he played for Everton FC , next to Liverpool FC the most famous football club from Merseyside . With the Toffees he played up to the U-19s before Cummins joined the youth team of the Scottish first division club Motherwell in July 2011 . There he played the first year mainly in the U-19 and the reserve. In the 2011/12 season , Cummins made his first team debut against Aberdeen FC under Stuart McCall . At the beginning of the 2012/13 season he was used three times in the European Cup, including in the Champions League against Panathinaikos Athens in the Athens Olympic Stadium and in the Europa League against Levante UD . The defender was able to score the first goal for the club from Motherwell in November 2012 in a 5-1 away win at the Caledonian Stadium against Inverness . In December 2012, Cummins signed a new contract with Well that ran until the summer of 2015. In August 2015, he moved to Bangor City .
