The oldest surviving development on the street that was originally located in the suburban area outside the city wall is the Quedlinburg saltpeter hut, which dates back to the 17th century . Various villas were built in the second half of the 19th century. There are buildings in the style of late classicism , historicism and art nouveau . The front gardens and fences, as well as park-like areas, also belong to the area of ​​the monument.
