Adolf Heller
Adolf Heller (born June 3, 1874 in Hamburg , † February 16, 1914 in Berlin ) was a German painter.
Life
Adolf Heller was a student of Peter Janssen at the Düsseldorf Academy and continued his education in Munich and Paris . He then lived first in Munich and from 1912 in Berlin. His favorite subjects were portraits of women, interiors and still lifes. Heller's works were shown at art exhibitions in Düsseldorf , Munich, Berlin and Dresden . Numerous cover pictures of the youth , whose co-worker was Heller, come from him. He furnished the foyer of the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg with several portraits of stage artists.
