Adolf Kruger

Adolf Krüger (born July 7, 1892 in Zerbst / Anhalt ; † June 6, 1974 there ) was a German trade unionist and politician ( USPD , SPD ).

Life

Krüger initially worked as a bricklayer and since 1923 worked as a construction supervisor in Zerbst. He was a union member and from 1919 to 1933 chairman of the branch of the German Construction Workers' Association . From 1920 to 1933 he was also chairman of the local committee of the General German Trade Union Federation (ADGB) in Zerbst. He was also an assessor at the Saxon State Labor Court in Dresden .

Krüger was chairman of the Independent Social Democratic Party (USPD) in Zerbst from 1920 to 1922. In 1922 he joined the majority socialists, for whom he was a member of the Anhalt State Parliament from 1922 to 1924 and again from 1932 to 1933 .
