Adolf Kronfeld

Adolf Kronfeld (born June 3, 1861 in Lemberg , † June 14, 1938 in Vienna ), Austrian doctor and writer , who made a special contribution to ethnomedicine .

Adolf Kronfeld was the brother of the two physicians Ernst Moritz (1865–1942) and Robert Kronfeld (1874–1946) and the uncle of his son, the glider pilot Robert Kronfeld (1904–1948) . With Adolphine Waldenberger, who married in 1897, he had three sons Peter (* 1899), Paul (* 1901) and Otto (* 1902).

In Vienna he was the city's senior physician and for a long time editor-in-chief of the Wiener Medizinische Wochenschrift as well as an employee of the New Free Press .
