Adrianna Janowicz gained her first international experience at the Junior European Championships 2013 in Rieti , where she won the gold medal with the Polish relay and was eliminated over 400 meters in the preliminary run. In 2014 she took part in the Junior World Championships in the United States. In the individual competition, she reached the semifinals and took sixth place with the relay in the final. In 2015 she won the silver medal with the Polish relay at the U23 European Championships in Tallinn . In spring Janowicz was part of the selection for the IAAF World Relays 2017 in the Bahamas, in which the Polish women came in second. She also took part in the U23 European Championships in Bydgoszcz . There she won the gold medal with the Polish relay and was eliminated from the individual competition in the preliminary round.
