Afagua Manufai is the seat of the administrative administration office Baucau in East Timor . It is the second largest town of the administrative office after the municipal capital Baucau .

Afagua Manufai is a conglomerate of several smaller settlements on the main road from the city of Baucau to Venilale further south. Afagua Manufai includes the core settlement Afagua Manufai, the settlements Uailili , Uaturau ( Waturau ), Afacaimau and Ledatame . The development extends into the Suco Gariuai. The settlements of Gariuai , Luboria , Uaturau and Maucale are located here .
