The Suco Uailili is located in the southeast of the Baucau administrative office.  The place Uailili is in the northwest of the Sucos.

Uailili ( Wailili ) is an East Timorese place and Suco in the administrative office of Baucau ( municipality of Baucau ).

3471 inhabitants live in Uailili (2015), of which 1763 are men and 1708 women. The population density is 112.2 inhabitants / km². There are 654 households in the Suco. Over 95% of the population name Makasae as their mother tongue. The rest of the population speaks Tetum Prasa .

Uailili is located in the south of the Baucau administrative office. To the southwest is the Suco Gariuai , northwest of the Suco Tirilolo , north of the Suco Buibau and northeast of the Suco Samalari . In the southeast, Uailili borders the Quelicai administrative office with its Sucos Macalaco . The Seiçal River flows through the east of the Sucos .

Before the 2015 territorial reform, Uailili had an area of ​​62.15 km². Now it is 30.93 km². In the northeast, an area was given to Samalari, including the settlements of Lilouarica , Ossoluga and Tuduala . The entire south with the village of Uatoua was added to Gariuai.

The overland road leads through the northwest from the municipal capital Baucau to Venilale . The Afagua Manufai settlement center, the seat of the Baucau administrative office, is located on it. Afagua Manufai is the second largest town of the administrative office after the municipal capital Baucau. The settlements Uaturau ( Waturau ), Afacaimau and Ledatame belong to it . The development extends with other settlements up to the Suco Gariuai. In this cluster of small settlements is the Escola Primaria Catolica Afacaimau elementary school , a pre-secondary school and a community health center. To the southeast are the villages of Bahamori , Uaimanuboe and Uatabala . Near the river Seiçal the place is Uatubala and to the east of the village Sucos Uatoue .

In the Suco there are the ten Aldeias Afacaimau , Afagua , Alala , Ledatame , Manulai , Samalaculiba , Uaimanuboe , Uatubala , Uaturau de Baixo ( Eng .: Unter-Uaturau ) and Uaturau de Cima (Eng .: Ober-Uaturau ).

In the 2004/2005 elections , Hernani de Jesus Araújo Ribeiro was elected Chefe de Suco and confirmed in his office in 2009 and 2016 .
