Agents of Man is an American metalcore band from Irvington , New Jersey that was formed in 2000.

history

The band was founded in early 2000 by singer George "Puda" and guitarist Zack Thorne. A short time later, guitarist Rey Fonseca, bassist John Doherty and drummer Chris Golas joined the cast. The band recorded the EP EP 01 with co-producer Mike Barilie at Purple Light Studios in Brooklyn . The EP sold over 7,500 copies. In December 2004 the band reached a contract with Century Media . The group returned to Purple Light Studios with Mike Barilie to record their debut album, Count Your Blessings , in January 2005 . In February he performed in the US, along with Merauder , Hoods and Blacklisted . In the summer, Mike Cools joined the band as the new bass player. This was followed by further appearances in the USA together with Full Blown Chaos , Scars of Tomorrow , Winter Solstice and Sworn Enemy .

The band plays melodic metalcore, with the vocals alternating between guttural and clear vocals.
