Aggression is a Spanish thrash metal band from Barcelona that was formed in 2005.

history

The band was formed in November 2005 and initially consisted of singer and guitarist Pol Luengo and bassist Sergio Soto. A month later, guitarist Oscar Reka and drummer Sergio García joined them, completing the line-up. In 2008 the first EP Thrashing Your Brain was released. In May 2008 the band reached a contract for two albums with Xtreem Music . The first album was released under the name Moshpirit in September 2009, with the cover designed by Ed Repka . The album was mixed and mastered by Erik Monsonis . The release was followed by appearances across Spain in cities such as Madrid , Barcelona , Bilbao , Murcia , Badajoz , Saragossa , Valencia , Almería , Tenerife , Jaén , Lorca and Málaga .

In 2010 the line-up of the band changed significantly. In July bassist Sergio Soto left the band and was replaced by Carlos Leonardo. In September drummer Sergio Garcia was replaced by Jose Rosendo. In February 2012 the second album Viocracy was released . The cover was designed by Eliran Kantor , the album was mastered by Jens Bogren in Fascination Street Studios .

style

The band plays technically very demanding Thrash Metal. Similar bands are Realm , Toxik , Anacrusis and Coroner .
