Aggro Santos (born October 12, 1988 in São Paulo ; actually Yuri Santos ) is an English rapper from Brazil.
biography
At the age of five, Santos' family moved from Brazil to London. Inspired by the music of Carlos Santana , Yuri Santos learned to play the guitar and wrote his first rap song at the age of 13. He got a scholarship to the BRIT School and after two years there he started his music career.
He had his first hit with the satellite channel Channel U with the piece Free Yard . He went on a club tour, published mix tapes and worked with artists such as Ironik and the N-Dubz .
Finally, Albert Samuel, former manager of the So Solid Crew took him on, he signed with Future Records and recorded his first single Candy . With the vocal support of Kimberly Wyatt of the Pussycat Dolls , the song hit number 5 on the UK charts in spring 2010 and sold over 200,000 copies. With Saint or Sinner he was able to add a top 20 hit. In November, he participated in the tenth season of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! , the UK edition of I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here! , and took sixth place.
