The Ahseniederung Oestinghausen nature reserve is located in the municipality of Lippetal in the Soest district in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The area extends southeast of Oestinghausen , a district of Lippetal, along the Ahse , a left tributary of the Lippe . The B 475 runs along the western edge of the area .
