Fashion label

The fashion label was initially founded in 1981 under the name Air , initially producing outdoor jackets for women and men. In 1995 the brand was re-launched under the name Airfield , with only women's outerwear being produced. The first collection under this name was presented in 1995 and was called For Ladies only!

According to the Handelsblatt in 2009, the company "invented a new fashion segment" in the field of women's fashion with the Airfield label and thus established itself as a family company in the top ten international fashion brands. It specializes in premium sport for middle-aged women with rather high-priced, but sporty fashion. Airfield is considered an exclusive women's fashion and a luxury brand whose trademark is "unusual sportswear chic with innovative style breaks", according to Elle . Airfield is "known for its bold combinations, colors and designs," wrote the Rheinische Post . With Airfield , Moser ranks among the top 5 brands in the women's clothing sector.

Airfield collections can be seen at international fashion shows, including Berlin Fashion Week . From 2006 to 2008 Claudia Schiffer was the advertising face of the label, which led to an increase in sales, especially in the Russian and Arab countries. The signing of Hollywood star Sharon Stone, who was the brand's international advertising face from 2014 to 2016, also attracted attention. Under the slogan "Super women for AIRFIELD", the Austrian premium label engaged other international greats such as Carmen Dell Orefice (Vogue's first cover girl) and supermodel Helena Christensen.
