Ajayi Gbenga Samuel (born November 23, 1984 in Lagos ) is a Nigerian football player.

Career

Samuel began his career with the Niger Tornadoes before moving to Cambodia in 2006 to join the Phnom Penh Empire . With his goals he contributed to the fact that the club won the championship and the national cup in 2008. In early 2009 he moved to Thailand to join the Premier League newcomer Bangkok Glass . After 94 games and 30 goals, he moved to league rivals Chonburi FC in 2012 . 2014 he moved to the playing also in the Thai Premier League Samut Songkhram FC to Samut Songkhram . Here he played 24 games and scored six goals. He moved to Cambodia in 2015, where he signed a contract with Boeung Ket Angkor FC . The club is based in Kampong Cham Province and played in the country's top division, the Cambodian League . In 2017 he moved to league competitor Asia Euro United , a club based in Kandal . In the same year he went back to Boeung Ket Angkor FC.
