history

After Akaflieg Munich was renamed the technical flight technical group of the TH Munich at the DVL after the seizure of power in 1935 and was thus also funded by the state, a brisk construction activity began, the result of which was, among other things, the Mü 12 "Kiwi". It was built in 1935 as a single-seater exercise, but could not fully meet the expected flight performance. After a few test flights, their approval was not extended and the project was discontinued at the end of 1935.
