Akhisar is a village in the central district of the Turkish province of Aksaray . It is located about ten kilometers southeast of the city center of Aksaray . Akhisar is connected to the provincial capital by a country road.

About three kilometers east of the village, accessible via a gravel road, is the Byzantine church Çanlı Kilise with an extensive cave settlement .
