Akimi Barada ( Japanese 茨 田 陽 生 ; born May 30, 1991 in Urayasu , Chiba Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Akimi Barada learned to play football in the youth teams of FC Urayasu Blue Wings and Kashiwa Reysol . He also signed his first professional contract with Kashiwa Reysol in 2010. The club from Kashiwa , a city in Chiba Prefecture on Honshū , played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2010 he became champions with the club and rose to the top division. He celebrated the Japanese championship in 2011. He won the Japanese Supercup in 2012. In the final, they defeated FC Tokyo 2-1. In the same year they won the Imperial Cup . In the close match, the club won 1-0 against Gamba Osaka. A year later he won the J. League Cup in the final against the Urawa Red Diamonds . For Kashiwa Reysol, he completed a total of 179 games. In 2017 he moved to the first division club Ōmiya Ardija in Saitama .
