action

The 45-year-old Karl August Otto is buried in the cemetery. The devil, disguised as a funeral orator, mentions that the dead man is a great success for the campaign “Through sedentary life to an early death”. The curve of cardiovascular disorders is constantly increasing. He calls on all people to avoid any physical movement and not to forget to overexcite their nerves, then they will soon find a place in a cemetery.

But there are also people who don't want to listen to the devil. He experiences that someone simply leaves the car to ride home on their bike and then does the offered sports exercises in front of the television set. Such people bring the devil himself to the grave.

The story ends with the comment:

“Those who do handicrafts, rake their garden / protect themselves from a heart attack. / Recovery is important for everyone / Even more important: relax properly. "
