Al Miller (racing driver)

Allen "Al" Miller (born April 28, 1907 in Pontiac , Michigan , † August 18, 1967 in Standish , Michigan) was an American racing driver .

Career

Miller started in 24 races for the AAA National Series between 1932 and 1950 . His best result was a runner-up in Springfield in 1940.

He competed 11 times in the Indianapolis 500 mile race . In 1934 he was able to place sixth, which should be his best result in this race. He is not related to Al Miller (Krulac) , who also drove in Indianapolis in the 1960s.
