Alban Ali Bushi , actually Alban Ali Bushaj (born August 20, 1973 in Tirana ) is a former Albanian football player and today's coach who played in the forward position .
Career
society
Bushi played in his home country Albania, Hungary , Germany , Greece , Bulgaria and Turkey .
He came to Turkey in the summer of 1999 when he moved to the first division side Adanaspor . Here he formed a successful offensive team with Cenk İşler , Altan Aksoy and Ali Asım Balkaya . With his club, he finished the season in ninth place in the table and contributed to the fact that the club achieved the best first division placement for 18 years. This successful debut Bushi ensured that next season switched to league rivals İstanbulspor . Both clubs were subordinate to the entrepreneur Cem Uzan at the time, which is why player changes were common among this club at the time. Bushi continued to improve his performance with the Istanbul team. Together with his strike partner Sertan Eser , he was one of the most successful strum duos in the league, scoring 12 goals this season himself. After he had successfully started the second season for Istanbulspor, he was signed by the traditional Turkish club Trabzonspor in spring 2002 . In this one he only played a year and remained goalless during this time and with only twelve league appearances behind his previous year's performance. In spring 2003 he finally returned to Istanbulspor. For this club he played for the next two and a half years and in the summer of 2004 this club.
He started his career at SK Tirana and moved abroad for the first time in 1994 and finally in 1997. In 1998 and 1999 he became Bulgarian champion with Litex Lovech . From 1999 to 2005 he played in Turkey for six years, then in Greece for five years and ended his career with SK Tirana in December 2010.
National team
He made his debut for the Albanian national team on April 2, 1997 in the World Cup qualifier against Germany (2: 3) in Tirana . By 2007 he had played 67 games (two of which were unofficial) in which he scored 13 goals. He was the record scorer for the Albanian national team for a long time before Erjon Bogdani overtook him.
Trainer
Bushi has been the coach of the Albanian U-21 national team since December 9, 2016 .
