Albert Berg-Winters

Albert Berg-Winters (born November 21, 1943 in Hemer / Westphalia) is a German politician (CDU).

He attended the Saarburg grammar school and passed his matriculation examination there in 1963.

From 1963 to 1964 he studied law, music and philosophy in Saarbrücken and from 1965 to 1968 he studied law in Kiel and Mainz, and in 1968 passed the first state examination in law.

He is since 1960 member of the CDU Rhineland-Palatinate and was from 1992 to 2008 District Administrator of the district Mayen-Koblenz .

In 2007 he was made an honorary senator of the Philosophical-Theological University of Vallendar .
