Albert Jugel

Albert Jugel (* 1948 ) is a German cyberneticist and manager.

Life

Jugel studied mathematics from 1967 to 1968 in Poděbrady , then Czechoslovakia , from 1968 to 1974 at the TU Dresden , where he worked as a Dr.-Ing. in cybernetics . From 1982 to 1988 he was a manager in the Robotron combine , Dresden . From 1988 to 1991 Jugel worked as a full professor at the Technical University of Dresden in the field of automation technology (head: Heinz Töpfer ).

On November 16, 1989, on behalf of the then Lord Mayor of Dresden, Wolfgang Berghofer , and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the GDR , Hans Modrow , Jugel met Detlev Karsten Rohwedder for the first time in Dortmund , then Chairman of the Board of Management of Hoesch AG and later President of the Treuhandanstalt . From 1991 to 1997 he was the managing director of Fuba Printed Circuits GmbH. From March 1, 1999 to March 31, 2008, Jugel was a member of the Board of Management of Drägerwerk in Lübeck and head of the Dräger Safety division . In 2009 Jugel was the owner of VMP Venture Management Partners GmbH and a member of the advisory board of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik .

Since August 19, 2011, Jugel has been managing director of the fire equipment supplier Ziegler in Giengen an der Brenz , which had filed for bankruptcy three days earlier .
