Albert von Hartmann

Georg Anton Albert Julius Josef von Hartmann (born May 5, 1805 in Paderborn , † March 12, 1865 in Münster ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Hartmann studied law in Göttingen and Berlin from 1823 to 1826 . From 1826 to 1834 he was auscultator and trainee lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Münster , from 1834 to 1841 Higher Regional Court Assessor at the Justice Office in Rüthen and the General Commission in Münster, from 1841 to 1862 a member of the government in Münster. At the same time he was legal advisor to the consistory and director of the Rentenbank for Westphalia. Finally, as senior government councilor from 1862 to 1865, he headed the interior department of the government in Münster.

From August 3, 1848 to May 19, 1849 he was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly for the Province of Westphalia in Drensteinfurt in the Casino and Pariser Hof factions . He was also a member of the Imperial Deputation in March / April 1849 .
