Albrecht Tribolet
Johann Friedrich Albrecht Tribolet (* 1794 in Bern ; † July 20, 1871 ) was a Swiss medic .
Life
The son of Bern city doctor and professor Samuel Albrecht Tribolet studied medicine at the universities of Berlin and Göttingen and graduated as a doctor and surgeon first class. He worked as a doctor in Bern. From 1819 to 1831 he was a lecturer at the Bern Academy . From 1833 he worked as a doctor at the Inselspital . In 1834 he was appointed associate professor for forensic medicine and syphilitic diseases . From 1855 to 1859 he was director of the newly founded insane, sanatorium and nursing home in Waldau .
