Casalvecchio di Puglia (in the Arbëresh dialect : Kazallveqi ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1763 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Foggia in Apulia . The municipality is located about 33 kilometers west-northwest of Foggia .
