Motta Montecorvino is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 682 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Foggia in Apulia . The municipality is located about 36 kilometers west-northwest of Foggia .
history
The place was probably not built until the 14th century. In 1627 it was destroyed by a devastating earthquake, only to be ravaged by the plague in 1657.
