Alele is the most populous village in the Hihifo district in the Kingdom of Uvea , which belongs to France as part of the French overseas territory of Wallis and Futuna .

location

Alele is located in the east of Hihifos and on the northeast coast of the island of Uvea , which belongs to the Wallis Islands . The village is widely scattered and consists mostly of small houses. There is a hair salon and a church called Chapelle de Vaitupu , although it is not in Vaitupu .
